One of the many benefits of the Chairman's Club, Greater Delray Beach Chamber of Commerce's premier level of membership is a monthly luncheon with dynamic guest speakers and high level networking. Chairman's Club members receive invitations by e-mail 2 weeks prior to each luncheon with the details on who will be speaking and where the luncheon will be held. This month we will have the pleasure of dining at the new Hyatt Place and hearing from Mr. David J. Wilk, National Director of Corporate Real Estate and Advisory Services for Sperry Van Ness and Corporate Valuation Advisors. David creates value in today’s market for corporations, private equity firms, developers/investors, and institutions by focusing on real estate strategies that generate new earnings, cost savings and bottom line impact. Over lunch he will be discussing the Congress Avenue Corridor and the redevelopment of the former Office Depot headquarters.
