Since 1959, Bethesda Memorial Hospital, a fully accredited, not-for-profit hospital has provided quality health services in a caring manner. With 500 physicians, Bethesda Memorial Hospital, and its affiliates, offer a full array of healthcare services including the Bethesda Comprehensive Cancer Center ; a maternity center with a Level III neonatal intensive care unit; wound care; and the new Cornell institute for Rehabilitation Medicine, a 28-bed inpatient facility opened in the spring of 2005.
